According to domestic spot market data updated on June 12, 2026, the spot price of 304 cold-rolled stainless steel in Wuxi stands at 14,950 RMB per ton, up by 50 RMB per ton week-on-week. Social inventories of stainless steel have declined for two consecutive weeks, providing solid cost support for raw material prices.

The mainstream grade of non-oriented silicon steel sheet 50WW470 is quoted between 4,550 and 4,600 RMB per ton. Major steel mills including Baowu plan to raise factory prices in July. Supported by steady rigid demand from new energy motor manufacturers, silicon steel prices will remain strong with mild fluctuations in the short term.
