Nickel-Plated Copper Terminal Progressive Die Stamping Process Video

This video shows our full progressive die stamping run for the nickel-plated copper metal terminal.

We produce this single-piece terminal on a 35t punch press with continuous progressive tooling. Made from T2 purple copper and nickel plated, the finished part features burr-free edges and a tight ±0.05mm dimensional tolerance.

You can see the raw copper strip feeding into the die, forming, blanking, and the finished terminals coming off the stamping line. Every batch will go through full inspection before packaging.

This terminal works well for automotive wiring, home appliance power connections and high-humidity industrial control systems. It can withstand temperatures up to 500°C and offers reliable anti-oxidation performance with over 10 years service life.
